Welcome to Interlibrary Loan at the Buffalo & Erie County Public Library (B&ECPL). We offer a variety of services:
- Request an item that is not owned by B&ECPL. Ask if we can borrow the item from another library system. Register with ILLiad and make your request. You will need your library card to complete your registration. For assistance, call eBranch at 858-8900.
- Request photocopies from local newspapers, obituaries, city directories, or a census. These services are offered at a fee. To place a request, contact your B&ECPL library, use Contact Us, or call eBranch at 858-8900.
- Talk to us about an item that is owned by B&ECPL that you cannot request through our online catalog. For information, contact any B&ECPL branch , or call eBranch at 858-8900.
- You are welcome to review our policies and fees when we lend material to other library systems.
