Lending Policies
We are unable to fill requests for entertainment feature films, rare books, reference items, materials held in special collections including the Buffalo Collection, bound and unbound periodicals, materials in the current publication year in local demand, and materials held at branch locations. Microfilm requests may be filled if duplicate copies exist. Requests for non-circulating materials will be reviewed individually
